(National Day Parade 2021)
Declaration 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21, read with section 21A, of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Declaration:
Citation
1.  This Declaration is the Public Order (National Day Parade 2021) Declaration 2021.
National Day Parade 2021 is special event
2.  The event known as the National Day Parade 2021, taking place at The Float @ Marina Bay on 21 August 2021, is declared a special event for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
Special event area
3.—(1)  The special event area for the National Day Parade 2021 is the area around The Float @ Marina Bay described in the Schedule.
(2)  However, any land that is not a public place is not part of the special event area.
Period of special event
4.  The Declaration is in force for the whole of 21 August 2021 only.
