In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016.

2. Sections 7(d) and 20(2) of the Women’s Charter (Amendment) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 January 2017.
