Appointment of Controller of Certification Authorities
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Electronic Transactions Act 1998, the Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed Chief Executive, National Computer Board, to be the Controller of Certification Authorities, with effect from 10th February 1999.
