Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 31st January 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b)	regulations 43 (5) and 78 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Dangerous Goods, Petroleum and Explosives) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 24/2005);”.
