(Revocation) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(1) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Workplace Safety and Health (COVID‑19 Safe Workplace) (Revocation) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 13 February 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Workplace Safety and Health (COVID‑19 Safe Workplace) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 992/2021).
