(Fees) (Amendment)
Rules 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 166 of the Bankruptcy Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th October 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Table A in the Schedule to the Bankruptcy (Fees) Rules (R 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 11 and 12;

(b)

by deleting item 25 and substituting the following item:

“

25.	On filing any affidavit, for each page or part thereof, including any exhibit annexed thereto or produced therewith

(Note: This fee is not payable on any affidavit filed by the Official Assignee or the trustee)

”; and

(c)

by deleting the item 27 (including the Note) and substituting the following item:

“

27.	On filing in the Registry any document for which no other fee is specified in this Schedule

$10

”.
