Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Law (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Civil Law (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.
