(Chapter 120)
Government Procurement (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Government Procurement (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 21st September 2005.
Amendment of regulation 10
2.  Regulation 10(3) of the Government Procurement Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (e) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(e)any other ground for the debarment of contractors specified in the Instruction Manual relating to contracts and purchasing procedures and published in an approved medium.”.
