(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Carbon Pricing (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Carbon Pricing (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Carbon Pricing (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 1 January 2024.
