Accounting Standards Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Accounting Standards Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Accounting Standards Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Accounting Standards Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 35, the following item:
“36.Productivity Fund Administration Board
National Productivity Fund Act 2010 (Act 26 of 2010)”.
Made this 26th day of October 2010.
