(Prescribed Fees) (Amendment)
Rules 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$107” in item (2)(b) and substituting “$118”; and
(b)	by deleting “$136.50” in item (3)(a) and substituting “$150”.
