Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 24th November 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting Maps A and B and substituting the following Maps:
