Infectious Diseases Act (Amendment of First, Fifth and Sixth Schedules) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases Act (Amendment of First, Fifth and Sixth Schedules) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases Act is amended by deleting item 30A.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
3.  The Fifth Schedule to the Infectious Diseases Act is amended by deleting item 2.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
4.  The Sixth Schedule to the Infectious Diseases Act is amended by deleting item (1A).
