Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008) is amended by deleting item 17A.
