Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
(Chapter 256)
Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 14th February 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (33) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Site Commander, Hill 286 Site” in the first column of paragraph 5 and substituting the words “Commanding Officer, 201 SQN”; and
(b)by deleting the words “HILL 286 SITE” wherever they appear in the second column of paragraph 5 and substituting in each case the words “CHOA CHU KANG CAMP”.
