Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2006.
Amendment of rule 3
2.  Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended by deleting the words “or K” and substituting the words “, K, L or M”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the principal Rules is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 27, the following paragraph:
“28.  Parking a heavy vehicle in any place other than the designated parking space, in contravention of rule 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Parking of Heavy Vehicles) Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 61/2006).”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
4.  The Second Schedule to the principal Rules is amended by inserting, immediately after Form K, the following Forms:
