Human Biomedical Research Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 6 to 31, 65 and 68 of, and the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to, the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 come into operation on 1 November 2017.
