Medicines Act
(Chapter 176)
Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(2) of the Medicines (Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the word “unless” in the 3rd line of sub-paragraph (d), the words “and until”;
(b)by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (d)(iii); and
(c)by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (iv) of sub-paragraph (d) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
(v)  such other documents and test results as may be required by the licensing authority.”.
