(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 9 December 2016.
