Arms and Explosives Act
(Chapter 13)
Arms and Explosives (Explosive Precursors) (Amendment) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Arms and Explosives (Explosive Precursors) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2007.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the Arms and Explosives (Explosive Precursors) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 306/2007) is amended by deleting “$60” in the second column of item 1 and substituting “$40”.
