Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Singapore Cricket Club Heritage Ball Raffle Draw — Exemption) Notification 2019.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Singapore Cricket Club (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Singapore Cricket Club Heritage Ball Raffle Draw” promotion to be held from 17 September 2019 to 25 October 2019 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of that promotion at 10 p.m. on 25 October 2019 at InterContinental Singapore, 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
