(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Criminal Procedure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Procedure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 40, 41, 46, 47(zb) and 48(2) of the Criminal Procedure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2024 come into operation on 1 August 2024.
