Business Trusts Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Business Trusts Act 2004, the Senior Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Business Trusts Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Business Trusts Act 2004 shall come into operation on 12th October 2004.
