Compulsory Education Act
(Chapter 51)
Compulsory Education (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Compulsory Education Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Compulsory Education (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Compulsory Education (Exemption) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (c), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
“(ca)any child who is a pupil of NorthLight School or Assumption Pathway School; and”.
