Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2006.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts SAFRA from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Charity on the Green promotion and the draw on 29th October 2006.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by SAFRA with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th November 2006.
