Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2009.
Amendment of rule 14
2.  Rule 14(1) of the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules (R 4) is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (g) and (h).
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules is amended —
(a)by deleting items 1, 2 and 3 in Part III; and
(b)by deleting the words “14(1)(g) and (2)” in the Schedule reference and substituting the words “14(2) and (4)”.
