(Exemption) (No. 68)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 68) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Premium Ang Bao” promotion to be held from 14 December 2016 to 4 February 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Instant Dip Ang Bao” kiosk game to be held as part of that promotion at the Maxims Club (Level B1M) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore from 8 p.m. to 11.59 p.m. daily from 2 February 2017 to 4 February 2017 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
