Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2002

Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2002 shall, with the exception of sections 2 and 3, come into operation on 1st January 2003.
