Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 37 to 41, 55 (b) and (c) and 61 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.
