Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2006.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Metro Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the TEMPUR Charity Lucky Draw promotion to be held from 1st December 2006 to 24th December 2006 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 19th January 2007.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Metro Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 23rd November 2006.
