Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2008.
2.  Section 9 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 16th December 2008.
