Charities (Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(1) of the Charities Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Charities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 16 December 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Charities (Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “the matters” and substituting the words “any matter”; and
(b)	by deleting the word “fees” and substituting the word “fee”.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Charities (Fees) Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THE SCHEDULE

First column

Second column

1.	For each inspection of an annual report and other documents attached to the annual report of a charity

$65

”.
