Central Provident Fund (Approved Mortgagees) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “approved mortgagee” in section 28 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Approved Mortgagees) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.

Approved mortgagees

2. The mortgagees set out in the Schedule are hereby approved as mortgagees for the purposes of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Central Provident Fund (Approved Mortgagees) Notification (N 3) is cancelled.
