Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts RedDot Brewhouse Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Charity Collection for Children’s Cancer Foundation” event to be held from 24th December 2009 to 26th December 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 24th December 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by RedDot Brewhouse Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 22nd December 2009.
