Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in sections 20(9) and 39(6) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency — Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 24 September 2019.
Prescribed law enforcement agency
2.  The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Investigation and Forensics Division) is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of sections 20(9) and 39(6) of the Code.
