Fees (Employment Pass) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Employment Pass) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 3rd October 2005.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“Controller” has the same meaning as in the Immigration Act (Cap 133) and Immigration Regulations (Cap. 133, Rg 1);

“employment pass” means any pass issued by the Controller under regulation 9 of the Immigration Regulations;

“EntrePass” means any employment pass designated by the Controller as an EntrePass.

Fees

3. There shall be payable to the Controller the following fees:

(a) application for an employment pass other than an EntrePass

$10

(b) application for an EntrePass

$40.
