Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2005.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Mitsubishi Securities (Singapore), Ltd” in item (50) and substituting the words “Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (Singapore), Limited”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Mitsubishi Trust & Banking Corporation” in item (55) and substituting the words “Mitsubishi UFJ Trust And Banking Corporation”.
