Central Provident Fund (Specified Employees Aged 60 Years and Above) (Revocation) Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower, after consultation with the Central Provident Fund Board, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Specified Employees Aged 60 Years and Above) (Revocation) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.

Revocation

2. The Central Provident Fund (Specified Employees Aged 60 Years and Above) Regulations 1998 (G.N. No. S 223/98) are revoked.

Made this 30th day of December 1998.
