Building Control Act
(Chapter 29)
Building Control (Value of Significant General Building Work Projects) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “significant general building work project” in section 29H(5) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Value of Significant General Building Work Projects) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th December 2008.
Variation of value of significant general building work project
2.  A significant general building work project is any building works the value of which is $20 million or more, instead of the value of $10 million specified in section 29H(5) of the Act.
