Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1997.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Regulations 1997 (G.N. No. S 64/97),”.
