Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2003

Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2003, Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2003 shall, with the exception of sections 3, 6 and 10 (a), come into operation on 1st January 2004.
