Amusement Rides Safety
(Fire and Rescue Management System)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Amusement Rides Safety Act, the Minister for National Development, after consultation with the Commissioner of Civil Defence, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Amusement Rides Safety (Fire and Rescue Management System) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 February 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Amusement Rides Safety (Fire and Rescue Management System) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 344/2011) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$150” in items 1(a) and 2(a) and substituting in each case “$215”;
(b)	by deleting “$80” in item 1(b) and substituting “$130”;
(c)	by deleting “$90” in item 2(b) and substituting “$190”; and
(d)	by deleting “$130” in item 3 and substituting “$175”.
