Notification 2015

Delegated Responsibility

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Dr Yaacob Ibrahim, Minister for Communications and Information, is charged with the responsibility of assisting and advising the Prime Minister on the coordination of cyber security policies and responses to cyber security intrusions.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2015.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 366/2014) is cancelled.
