(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Financial Advisers Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards financial advisers, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Financial Advisers Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 8 October 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 of the Second Schedule to the Financial Advisers Act is deleted.
