(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 9 October 2023.

Amendment of Eleventh Schedule

2. In the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in the Eleventh Schedule, replace item 9 with —

“9.	Shaded area in Map 9 at Plantation Close

MAP 9

10.	Shaded area in Map 10 at Holland Drive

MAP 10

11.	Shaded area in Map 11 at Tampines Street 95

MAP 11

12.	Shaded area in Map 12 at Zion Road (Parcel B)

Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule

3. In the principal Regulations, in the Fourteenth Schedule, after item 15, insert —

4. In the principal Regulations, in the Sixteenth Schedule, replace item 1 with —
