Parking Places Act
(Chapter 214)
Parking Places (Private Parking Place) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Parking Places Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Private Parking Place) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 12th February 2008.
Use of property as private parking place
2.  The land described in the Schedule is hereby permitted to be used as a private parking place.

Made this 31st day of January 2008.
