Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Banking Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Banking (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 September 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Banking (Fees) Notification (N 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “for” in sub‑paragraph (b)(i), the words “the head office of a bank incorporated in Singapore or”.
