Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 (1) and 74 of the Medicines Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4 of the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (2), the following paragraph:

“(3) The pharmacist referred to in paragraph (1) shall maintain such records and in such manner as the licensing authority may, from time to time, require.”.
