Deposit Insurance Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Deposit Insurance Act 2005, the Senior Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Deposit Insurance Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.  The Deposit Insurance Act 2005 shall come into operation on 18th October 2005.
