(Chapter 91)
Employment (Procedure-reciprocal Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 138 of the Employment Act, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
Deletion of regulation 9
2.  Regulation 9 of the Employment (Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions) Regulations (Rg 5) is deleted.
